Weekly menus

I am sorry I haven’t been keeping up with a weekly menu of foods I am preparing, that is because I am busy working for one family cooking 3 meals a day. Here is a weekly sampling of food I have been making

Monday:
Bison filet mignon on the grill with asparagus

Tuesday:
Caprese salad served with pickled herrings

Wednesday:
Moules in garlic and wine broth served with french fries

Thursday:
Grilled calamari and shrimp salad

Friday:
Paella

Saturday:
Racchio, Fennel and Endive salad with pistachios

Sunday:
Swedish meatballs with mash potatoes and peas
